The Body Clinic - Knee, Lower Back, Neck & Shoulder Pain Treatment Singapore

I have knee pain last year after coming up from prayer which i lost my leg sense. My wife make a goggle search which she found this clinic. After i did the treatment here, it became better with the help of the expertise. I would like to recommend those out there to try and feel the difference if you have knee pain. The therapy they did was different from what you expected. They are professional and well trained and now i can walk better.

I have been having neck pain shoulder pain since Jan 2021. Have been to a few physio treatments but not much help. One of my friends recommended me to The BODY CLINIC in April. I could feel and experience much improvement in my neck area. The therapist that attending to me is very patient n encouraging. Initially I could not lift up my head properly due to my neck pain. After 2 months later, I experience relief and through my therapist's encouragement, I now can lift up my head and my neck is almost back to normal movement. The most efficient and cozy physiotherapy clinic I have ever tried. Not only they helped me fix my chronic knee pain, they helped me understand how my pain started and how to maintain the fix. I started with chronic knee pain, misaligned hips and bowed leg bones structure which added shoulder and back pain as well. Now, I am standing taller with an almost pain free knee and I can happily hike up to 16Km every weekend. In the body clinic I felt sincerely cared for and appreciated. The benefit of every exercise was explained to me thoroughly and I learned how to be mindful of my body. I cannot thank the team enough for their warm embrace.. they do feel like familly.

I have severe knee pain and bow leg which caused me difficulty in walking and also affected my work. I chanced upon the body clinic and decided to do the treatment. My shoulder is very painful and I cannot lift my arm up. I did acupuncture but it did not help much. So I come to the body clinic and get further help. Now my shoulder pain has improved a lot and I can lift up my arm better. The therapists are very professional and caring. Thank you very much. .

I was having numbness on the thumb and first 2 fingers on my right hand due to decades of desk bound job. Went for test and scan at the hospital but checks revealed everything was fine. At the same time, a leaflet was inserted on the door of my house and I have not heard about alternative treatment besides TCM and chiropractic treatment. Curious, I visited Body Clinic and on the appointed visit, I was advised to do a year’s treatment, not knowing what kind of non evasive treatment will be given. For 12 months, twice a week, I faithfully do my best at the guided stretching of arms, back and legs. My neck was stretched too, which helps in relieving the neck pain. Every session included heat treatment which was a relief for my tired body. After about a year, a patch of water retention (which was there after a sprain since 15 years ago) at my ankle socket disappeared, the slight hump at the back of my shoulder also disappeared. I continued with another year of weekly treatment, at least to maintain my posture and improve on my neck pain. From a ‘A’ shape of pair of legs, it had become a ‘H’ shape and my body is more flexible. From all these treatments, the body can heal by itself given the right treatment and guidance but time, patience and really doing one’s best at every session is needed. I have back pain, buttock pain, both leg cramps and leg numbness at night. After doing the treatment here, i felt better. I had a good sleep and the numbness and lower pain have improved a lot. Last time i can’t stand long due to my lower back pain. Also due to my neck pain, i can’t turn my head to the right properly but now its good and i can turn my head. One more thing is my leg cramps and numbness are gone. The therapists here are very friendly , caring, professional and i feel very welcome and at home. Brought my mother here for treatment 3-4 months ago as she had chronic knee pain neck pain and back pain. She also has osteoporosis but thankfully the treatment is non-invasive and no cracking bones. She comes here every week and I can see she really make a change for the better. I really feel so relieved. Amazed she can sit and stand longer and walking without pain also.
