Do update your website with correct. information

β β β β β Had occassion to take the airline twice in the past month, once to Da Nang and the other to Kuala Lumpur (return flights) both orginating in Singapore. The flights were on time and service was okay and efficient, if without too much warmth.
We liked the fact that theynhad SilkAir studio, which you can access via the planeβs wifi while in Airplane mode - only wish that the movies were more up to date, though they still featured blockbusters.
The meals were okay, and seat space was wide enough.

β β β β β Booked Business Class (Singapore to Xiamen return trip) in order to accomodate my wheelchair bound grandmother - called hotline to explain we need the bassinet seat. Telephone operator (Sam, and his manager Abby) refused to attend to my request, said that my randmother is not an infant; they will give my WHEELCHAIR BOUND grandmother the window seat at best. I paid one month paycheck to give my grandmother the best service- and this is what we get- not to mention this has never happened in previous years (our family makes this trip to China annually, previous years operators gave no such problems to us). I even gave the operator our 2017 flight e-ticket number (to prove that my grandmother was given the bassinet seat) the operator claimed that all seating records for the previous year has been erased. This is VERY disappointing. Operator refused to give me his surname nor the manager surname (βmanagerβ Abby) . If this is the kind of service i get from SIA SILKAIR BUSINESS CLASS- i would like an explanation if your telphone operator Staff Sam and manager Abby knows what Service Industry standards in Singapore Airlines (Silkair ) entails? No other staff has treated us this way in previous years till now

β β β β β ..........This was a pleasant, neat, friend-lii and efficient air-lines to fly with! They had a fleet of fair sized planes at Changi Air-port! There on-board service rendered was of a high standard! The plane was clean and the flight attendants all very polite and helpful going about doing what they know best in an order-lii & friend-lii manner! They don't have individual TV screens but have enough at good spacing's and larger ones on the isle's! They served a delicious lunch with drinks of your choice and a decent cup of coffee! Will fly with them again anytime in the future!....
