★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The project supervisor to students ratio of this university is not ideal at all. Due to the lack of supervisors, my supervisor, Aren Yeo took 35 students under his guidance. If I were to review that many final project reports that consist of at least 30 pages each, I could not guarantee I would not lost my focus. After consistently letting my supervisor reviewed my reports from time to time, I still failed my project in the end. I even did a final check with him before handing it in and he said everything was good to go. He has many years of experience being a supervisor and he still cannot identify whether a project is pass or fail. Imagine wasting another one year and money to retake the project again during the pandemic when you can find a job and lessen the financial burden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your graduate survey is atrocious - asking so many intrusive questions regarding our employment status. The surveyor literally forces you into answering their questions that does not make sense.
Is it really an interview to improve your quality? OR is it an interview to prove that your graduates are getting employed with good pay for SIM's own benefit.
Cut the call as the lady was asking too many questions without getting to the main point.
The main point is- the deliverance of the degree programme is very bad. Totally adds no value and the syllabus is so outdated. What a waste of money. The only saving grace is that some of the lecturers are very nice and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I doubt the professionalism of some of the lecturers. One of the lecturers was not willing to answer our questions regarding the study guide and insisted that we followed his teachings and lecture notes. Acquiring knowledge from different sources helps us to understand the module better and prepare ourselves for the exam, what is wrong with that? If not, why we bought the study guide for? Even getting help from the student services is useless because they help their lecturers not the students. Please consider your choice carefully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter regrettably missed just 1 of her exam when she was really sick, cant even sit up. Till she felt slightly better, we brought her to the doctor. Given a valid MC and need plenty of rest. But she have to pay extra $700+ again just to retake for the whole module because of missing just 1 paper. Its crazy. $$$
Should have a leeway of retaking and paying for this particular paper that she miss, instead of having to pay for the whole module again. $$$$$$$

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, if you're registering here first time go to A block level 2, just go up the stairs and continue going till u go pass the slider door. You can take bus 52, 154 or 184 from clementi and stop at SIM HQ to reach here.
The dining area available is at level 3 A block or level 1 B block, which is the block on the left entrance, nearer to the overhead bridge.
Not much food variety so don't expect much though. Usually the level 3 food court is closed on weekends.
