Got my car done up with Simply Shine! The boss, Jimmy, was very kind and patient enough to explain to me about the different packages available. Very good experience indeed for a first timer like me! Would definitely recommend his services for anyone interested in coating their car.

I have been surveying around and of cos wasting a lot of time on calls and reading reviews of detailer providing coating services. After computing all the price comparison and reviews, i decided to book Simply Shine and made my way down for the coating. To be honest, at first i though to myself just get the normal one and test it first but after jimmy patiently explain his product and the benefit of using the coating i decided to go with the mid range coating instead. So the whole process took them close to 9 hours to finish cleaning and coating my car. I have to admit jimmy and team really did a good job. biggest problem is i can't find any problem to scold jimmy. ? It was my pleasure to meet up with Jimmy and James of Simply Shine Bedok Central. After Jimmy's inspection, he highly recommended the professional service for my one year old car not because he wanted to rip me apart but it is worth every penny since I did not to do anything on the body works from the day it left C&C. It took them more than 8 hours to restore my car to showroom standard. Without second thought, I took up their maintenance package on the spot. Highly recommended if you are looking for good service, high quality grooming for your ride.

I have been doing my car detailing with simple shine for the past few years. Very good workmanship by James and Rama for doing my latest ceramic coating, and always shows effort to give the car the best shine. James also helped me minimise a big scratch on my door and use touch up paint on chip-off.

Sent my car to Simply Shine (Clementi outlet) and was convinced by their many 5-star reviews. Took up the $280 ceramic coating 'promo' package which include full set rims brake dust repellent coating & anti-yellowish headlight coating but does not include any interior work, not even vacuum (fair enough considering the price). The guy explained to me about what to expect etc and tried to upsell for additional restoring and paint correction work that will amount $980 which I feel is not necessary and the water mark can be cleared by polishing. Asked how much to top up for interior wipe down and had to top up additional $300 for it. (many other detailers charging at way less than $400 for their ceramic coating package including interior work done) Anyways proceeded as I don't mind paying if their reviews were good and that was the biggest mistake. The guy texted me after just few hours saying that the watermarks could not be removed as already to deep in the coat and he could not do any better in order not to damage the paint. I believe as a professional they should have known before and they should not have push to uplift for better package just to take more money. Furthermore, the next day after checking the interior I found dust and dirt in many parts of the interior. Felt that they did not live up to the expectation of a 5-star review as job done wasn't professional at all considering the amount paid. Could have gotten a much better job done and at a much cheaper price elsewhere at a proper detailing shop. Felt scammed. Not to mention you still have to pay for the parking charges during the downtime as work done is at public carpark. Overall just an expensive car wash with no professionalism.

Met up with the boss at Clementi at 10am. Collected the car back at 8pm. At first glance all is good, however I was rushing for time so was unable to do a thorough check. After getting my things done did a check again and yup they have done a good job in cleaning the vehicle, correcting the color which include filling up the scratches that my car sustained and polishing afterwards. Just that is it worth the $1,680 that the boss quoted me? Made me wonder as well. Whole experience is as such, went over to the Clementi Branch to meet up with the detailer also the boss and the first thing he mentioned is my car is in a very bad condition. While I agree its in a bad condition, I should have done my own due diligence as well. Thats when the upselling begins. Oh yes, I went there as I saw their $280 nett nano coat package. First was introduced to their 10H coating for $2,980 of which the $2,980 is including 5-step paint correction and interior cleaning + fumigation. Basically a full package. I wasn't prepared to part with that much so was offered another package which is a watered down package with lesser stuff at $1,680. $1,680 inclusive of - 9H nano coating which was part of the package they advertised, - Colour Correction - Interior Wipe down/ Vacuum and sanitisation Whole process took 8 hours to complete. I did appreciate the hard work they put in for my interior as it was in a mess due to me owning a dog and have personally tried using a lily brush to get rid of them and it was definitely a lot of work, but still doable. I feel the exterior could be better such as dressing the black plastic more. there were still some white spots on the plastic parts of the exterior which should be easily covered using a plastic enhancer/restorer. To Summarise, The Boss is a friendly chap and a very very very good salesperson Whole experience felt wholesome but pricey Prices definitely on the higher side compared to a lot of other detailing stores Probably will consider more than a few times before going back again due to the higher prices Oh yes, was just wondering why there wasn't any reviews on their facebook pages so came to see google reviews instead. Edit: just realised windows doesn't seem like it's coated, guess it wasn't included. Top of the car as well, doesn't seem like it's coated. Luckily it rained so I manage to find out these. And they did asked me to go back to touch up on the pointers I mentioned but don't think I'm going back anymore.

Brought my car to Simply Shine for ceramic coating. Must said I am a Happy car owner during the collection! Great effort put in to clear the watermarks by the team. Mark did a great job in explaining how everything works and the way to maintain and care for it. Will definitely recommend Simply Shine. Look for Mark.
