★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went with 2 miniso marvel watches. The watches are made of paper dials which made it challenging to change the battery. The watch Smith was super patient and professional about it. The bonus is they record the date the batteries were replaced so I can go back to them if I face issues with it. Superb!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time coming here to fix my Grand Seiko for water resistance issue. They said need to do full servicing as water might had rendered the parts rusty.
Watch was ready in 2 days. And after I got the watch back thinking it would be safe to wear my watch to wash hands. But found water droplets formed inside. So I brought back the watch and explained that water was still able to get in.
The shop fixed and I was notified to get my watch the next day.
So far so good. No water went into the watch. Hope it lasts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hidden gem and one of a kind shop! I’ve been here a few times and each time I’ve been super happy with their service. You can tell that they take pride in the work they do and really honour their heritage as a family shop, and they are much more knowledgable about watches than the staff at the usual watch shops in the mall. They replaced the battery and strap for my son’s watch, which had an odd dimension, but they were able to find one that fits perfectly. Thank you and hope to come back again soon!
