Breading on the fish and chips was tough. I don’t know how you guys managed to make the breading so hard and difficult to cut/chew. Pre-fried?
Your “butter rice” is not butter rice just because it’s dyed yellow. I received yellow coloured plain rice with raisins.
Your carbonara was not seasoned at all and tasteless. It was filled with cream and there were no signs of any egg yolks. You guys are selling unseasoned spaghetti in cream sauce, not carbonaras. Your chicken was dry and tough too.
Your chendol was tasteless. I think you totally forgot about the gula melaka. Just look at the colour.
You guys are selling food of this standard at this kind of price when a hawker stall could make better food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to give my humble and honest feedback and hopefully Yassin Kampung Bedok will improve their food standards. This barely make a 2 star for me. The dish is basically bland, sauce is weak and tasteless almost. It does not look even near what was advertised in the foodpanda app. The soup which i paid for an extra with a drink is really watery and same issue, it has no taste and texture its consistency is like water basically.
I do not wish to criticize to shame but i hope Yassin will improve their quality of food and take my feedback properly. As a former chef myself and a first time customer, I won't be back unless there is a change in their standard/quality of cooking. I understand its a delivery order but nonetheless the feedback still stands, as the food was delivered warm but tasteless.

The minute I scooped the noodles it was dripping in oil!
The oil in the packaging was like gravy to the noodles. Eeeww disgusting. Really!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially was hesitant due to the recent low score reviews - but given the convenience of the location, just gave it a try. The food was okay, salted egg chicken was tasty. Satay was fresh, too. Porridge was a bit diluted but overall okay.
