★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their delivery personnel sent my Lazada package to don't know where? Lazada app say 'delivered' but I don't see my parcel. No information on who received my package. Ninjavan, Speedpost and Urbanfox they are doing a great job?rather than Simplypost which is a no no ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ didn't deliver my lazada package even though it was stated on the app to have been delivered for over 2 weeks now. Based on all the other similar reviews, this company should honestly be sued or legally forced to close by now. actually a scam firm, do not use their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received a message at 8:07am to say that my parcel will be delivered. Got home at 5:45pm. Waited for the delivery. Then received a message at 7:56pm to say that the delivery was unsuccessful because the recipient wasn't there to receive the parcel! Time wasters!
Second time from Simply Post. Last time the delivery person even said they called me when they didn't. So unreliable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier company ever, don't know why lazada even partnered them in the first place. My parcels were stuck in their warehouse for 2 weeks. Went down to self collect my parcels from them but they gave me excuses like oh the parcels are still in the warehouse and wrapped in pellets, waiting for the manifest from freight forwarder. Strange, if you can’t handle the volume in the first place, why did you take on the sales? Completely no service recovery as well. She merely told me to leave my name and contact and they will let me know when it’s ready for collection. Tried to ask for an estimate on the timeline but she just brushed me off with” oh our warehouse is flooded, we need a few days.” There were tons of other people there as well trying to salvage their own parcels I guess. I think we should just make a collective effort to lodge a complaint against this company. Utterly disappointed with how they handled this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not receive my order but was stated that failed to deliver due to receipt reschedule. Liar liar, I was at home every day. I'm wheel chair bound . Nobody come or deliver anything. My door was open during the day . Called simply post but no respond .They don't have any website to reach. End up called lazada for help.
