Should be greatful cuz i cannot rate 1 star i been waiting my parcel for almost 3 weeeks helllo pls jt wake up la pay for the service treat like shyt contact customer service also need to wait another 1-3 working days for reply and then gi e lazy replies and need to wait again i still havnt receive my parcel out for delivery delivery failed return to hub and then repeat the best part is the day its out for delivery i was at home the whole time with the dooor OPEN OPPEN they dont even come and just put delivery failed lazy worker? Lazy failure company??? I think by the time my parcel reach luffy alreasy become joyboy joyboy already found one piece one piece already have their new generation borupiece NO LEGIT PLS wake up

As of today I have discontinued using J&T as seller. Their only consistency is not showing up for scheduled pick-ups. I have not had one order from them where they have showed up on time. I started to book the pick-ups a few days after the order was placed to try to get around this scheduling problem but it has not helped. They were supposed to arrive for a pick-up yesterday (Friday) between 1600-1800. I waited until 2300 and then went to bed. They then arrived at 130 am while I was sleeping to try to pick up, (completely inappropriate) and changed the status to "Failed pickup, parcel not ready". When I contacted them today they said they would send a courier ASAP. Still nothing, and tomorrow is Sunday and they are closed so the soonest I will hear back from them is Monday. I offer two other courier options on my e-commerce site and they have never not once missed a schedule pick-up. J&T Express is not worth the headache.

Hardly a unique problem with couriers in Singapore, but I don’t believe it is appropriate to make residential deliveries late at night, and it’s particularly odd for deliveries in the central area, nor is it appropriate to leave packages at the door when not authorized to do so. I appreciate that the couriers may just be trying to be helpful, or at least to spare themselves a second trip, but packages should only be left unattended with permission and the proper procedure is to call and ask for the authorization code that was sent to the recipient when the package was sent out for delivery. As such, two stars is an appropriate rating since the service falls below the standard of reasonable expectations while the package was at least still delivered and undamaged.

Sent thousands of emails about my parcel and apparently there is no feedback after I already told them to leave the parcel in the shoes rack. It’s been 1 week and I still haven’t received any feedback after they show they didn’t make the delivery successfully ( I doubt if they actually entered the premises as I don’t even receive a call from intercom). They make the delivery in Singapore like a big country that you have to wait like shipping overseas parcel.

(Alrdy wrote email to them with the parcel no: SJNT725501413. Think they will reply here with the usual template) This is how the parcel is left. Utter rubbish service. The main door is wide open, with lights on, TV on with sound. The courier just left the parcel like this. Put status in shopee as delivered. 830pm. Without notifying or telling the resident or recipient. NO communication. $78 parcel could be stolen just because of this. Maybe they overwork their courier? Low morale? To the shopee team, sellers or anyone. Please reconsider your delivery partner. Also feedback to creative lab (sg shopee) to change delivery partner.

Dear J&T, I am writing in to complain as you have ignored my feedback multiple times and not responding to my emails. Your last closure to me was that this has nothing to do with you and I am to blame for this incident. As shown in the image, the product which is steel flask has a punctured hole on it as well as the outer box. It is very obvious that something sharp and hard punctured the product by force. It is clear that this happened at your side otherwise your logistic guy would not have received this product when collecting from me. All sellers will do their due diligence to wrap and ensure that the product is in good condition before passing it to the logistic partner. I have been in this trade for years and have been using different logistic partners. The practice of protecting and wrapping my products before passing to the logistic companies has always been well taken note of and of the same manner. Definitely there will be dents/ damages along the way however it is only minor incidents. I have never encountered one like this. Your respond to me is to open up the product, stuff newspaper inside the packaging before passing ur to your logistic guys? Honestly I’m not sure how you have been buying things online, whether you prefer receiving items being opened and stuffed with newspaper. However for me and most of the people I know, we prefer to buy and receive goods that is sealed and unopened, especially without newspaper stuffing inside. Looking at this punctured hole, even if I were to stuff newspaper inside. It is clear and obvious that your negligence will still puncture the product. If so, what is your explanation then? Your negligence and inability to take responsibility for your mistake is truly disappointing. Especially with the kind of feedback given to be by stuffing newspaper. And then ignoring my emails. This is just a flask that is punctured and all I am asking is for you to refund me the money for the damage you have caused. I couldn’t imagine if this was something more pricey.

I have arrange my damage order to be return to shoppee seller on 30th April2022 because it was send by J&T Express, as i check their tracker it stated wrong address and i called the customer service to double check my address and it was correct. So i arrange for the pickup today 4th May 2022 my dad waited the entire day no driver turn up, call the customer service 3xtimes but there no follow-up and they like to use excuse "we operate delivery 9am to 6pm Mon to Fri" another excuse we will contact the driver. Seem their drivers never use initiative to call if you cant find the address location. Have cheek ask me call them the next day to have the driver pickup the return order. J&T Express is a joke for delivery /courier company, customer service is bad, delivery service worst. They dont have a follow-up system. At least Ninja Van at least call users, A for effort. Sellers online, i advise stay away form this company.

Delivery personnel consistently leave parcels at the door with no attempt to contact me or knock on the door. I'm pretty sure I'll lose a parcel one day thanks to lazy delivery staff members. I urge all sellers to rethink their delivery partner lest you be accused of not sending your parcels.

If you're looking for the most recent review for their delivery person, look no further. Which customer would like to have their packages left outside of their homes (unattended) in this day and age? Not all corridors or homes have cameras around to deter people from taking our packages. Just today I came over to help my sister receive her package, the delivery person says she left it - literally - outside the house! See pic attached. By the time I got here (which couldn't have been more than a half hour), parcel's gone. $100+ down the drain. If you want your deliveries left like this, by all means. Have a go with J&T.
