★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the contractors listed on HDB's webpage for concrete spalling of ceilings. Responsive via WhatsApp and provided a quotation readily. Even though the supervisor and worker arrived 2 hours late (which explains the 4-star rating), they made up for it by doing a thorough job. Both men helped to clean up the mess after, and were overall accommodating and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services is overpriced and management priortises low value and quick turnaround half day or a few hour jobs. Workers use bigger renovation project work as testing bed for learning. Assignment of workers is slow. No compensation for inability to fulfil earlier undertaking of quote cancelled. Bad overall experience.

Did the necessary and did not try to upsell/cross sell anything. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to do any form of household maintenance.
