They may be busy at times as manpower is thin, and may not be able to provide their undivided attention. In which case, just have a bite at the surrounding food options/hawker centre before you come back again :-)
They also sell ready-framed paintings as well.

Surprised that it was relatively good price.
A mere $33 for 100x60 frame, though it’s the thinnest wood.
It was done after 3 days, and bubble wrapped.
Satisfied and couldn’t expect more.
