Physician's name is Frankie and he is good with acupuncture for muscle/sports injury. You can get powder medicine from there and rates are reasonable. His clinic is not open everyday so it is better to call/sms for appointment.

Came twice for my knee injury. Frankie gave advise on how to take care of my knee and alternate exercise to train quads muscle instead of heavy lifting squats. Treatment is good, knee is recovering. Will definitely recommend others to come.

First time here after reading some positive review so have a try and make an appointment on 23rd June 2021 for my shoulder and arm pains. Did the acupuncture on me with some burning coil with heat effects and given me a massage on my shoulder with a vibrator, twisted my arm here and there. After end of the session had some discussion and i kept asking for the charges but he kept explaining to me and given me some powder for drinking. Kept asking again for the charges, to my shocking with a HDB kind of TMC charging me with $120 such expensive price ! My goodness with only one session what miracle do you think can it be done! For anyone of you out there, please ask for the charges before booking and don’t go to any TMC without any price list. $120 charges can go for a more reputable TMC such as EU YAN SANG or others. This is ridiculous!!!!

23/10/2020 being treated for a twisted/sprained ankle that occurred 3 days ago while trekking in our nature park. I'm glad to meet this physician Mr Frankie, because with him, I'm able to convey my concern in a language that we both can understand. Most importantly, his treatment & management to my injury well. He is gentle (although his appearance differs), he shows no sign of a rushing job, but advising & suggesting ways to manage the problem. Above all, I thank GOD for all things.

Frankie is so amazing! He is so knowledgable, and recommends as it is. My shoulders's been hurting for a month now and decided to give TCM a go. He recommended acupunture and put hot medication on my shoulder to help ease the pain. He gave some tips and showed ways I can stretch my arm and what exercises I should avoid to help the healing process. His rates are affordable. I would definitely be back if I need any more help with any muscle/joint pains or sprains. Thank you!

To Chinese Physician Frankie Tan. Wow, just only one treatment by you for my hip injury. I can felt a great relief from the injured part after a few hours. I will be coming back for the follow up treatment again though. Thank you very much. This TCM Physician was very meticulous and skilful. Very focus and patience to finish the treatment. Is good to make an appointment before going as no need to wait too long.

Had a relatively unusual case of spasms caused by stress for Frankie to treat and he took me on. After about 3 sessions, I can safely say there's definitely been improvement that Western medicine has not been able to achieve (had the illness for 3 months before) which I'm very glad for. Frankie took the time to evaluate my case through checking my pulse, asking questions, looking at my tongue and also just general observation. Eventually my treatment was a mix of Acupuncture and TCM powder/pills, which worked better and better through the sessions (for TCM I think unsurprisingly you need some time in between to see results as they're not immediate). Initially on the first meeting, I was quite stressed out by Frankie's very direct manner of asking questions about the illness and he was also quite loud, but by the end of the session, he was patiently explaining what was my diagnosis was and which acupoints were for what, on top of patiently answering all my questions. After the first session, Frankie didn't push me to go back for next sessions at all (though he might recommend on a case by case basis, but that's up to you), except to only go back if I think he can help me. I did because I did feel some difference after the first session, and I'm glad I did. Each session, he took the time to once again observe, take my pulse, ask questions and adjust the treatment as needed. In my case, some acupoints changed along the way, with changes also in whether the needles were heated (moxibustion), and so did the course of Chinese medicine. It definitely feels like Frankie knows his stuff and I feel good in his experienced hands. I even fell asleep during one of the acupuncture sessions. Each acupuncture session cost $100 (slightly more on the first session with consultation). I know he generally quotes double digits for acupuncture, so I'm guessing this cost is because medicine to go with is included. Also, Frankie is bilingual and can speak both English and Chinese well, so that's a plus if you can't speak Chinese (well). Appointments are easy enough to book; he's a Whatsapp away (96633642) and very responsive.
