โ โ โ โ โ Char siew taste is actually good because of the sauce. The oil chicken is not bad. We asked for 2 pax serving but they gave too much.

โ โ โ โ โ CAUTIOUS: PREPARE YOUR OWN BOX IF YOU WANT TO TAKEAWAY LEFTOVERS!!! (1 Plastic Box: $0.50)
Up: Not a lover for soy sauce chicken, but its chicken is more tender than the one I tried in Chinatown. Also, the soup is still hot at near closing hours!
Down: Rice has little fragrance. Chilli taste sweeter than usual chicken rice's but perhaps it's to complement with their soy sauce chicken.
Only thing I am upset with is when request to pack leftover food, I was charged $0.50 FOR ONE PLASTIC BOX.
First and last visit.

โ โ โ โ โ Interesting trying this thick soy sauce chicken which was rather tender. Perhaps give the roasted pork a moss as the skin is inconsistently crispy/rock hard and the lean portion is slightly tough.

โ โ โ โ โ This is the go to place for soy sauce chicken rice, in fact, my dad was the one who introduced us this place.
My family been eating here for yearsss, whenever we craved for chicken rice, we will drive 30 to 40min here to TPY for a good plate of chicken rice.
The positive experience somehow tainted due to overcharging of takeaway container.
So after our lunch we had some leftover, which we politely requested to pack up, instead of wasting all the food.
We can understand if you need to charge for additional plastic container for the leftover, but to place a price tag for $1.50 for 2 plastic containers, I feel, you are over charging your customer.
When my wife attempted to clarify with you, you proudly mentioned that "you are a restaurant and not a coffee shop". For your information, if you operate like a restaurant, all the more you shouldn't be charging customer over 2 plastic containers.
I dun mind paying for plastic containers, dun get me wrong. I can understand if you need us to pay for the cost. But to over charge customer for 2 pieces of container, I feel is way too much.
What you could do better, was to either inform customer ahead of the high class plastic container or give customer cheaper option to pack up in plastic bag
Plus the tone of your staff when attempted to clarify, appear to be very snobbish.
Thank you LFNK for the beautiful memories, this will be the last visit we will be patronising.

โ โ โ โ โ One of the best soy sauce chicken Iโve ever had! The chicken was flavorful, very juicy and tender. The roasted pork had a good ratio of fat to meat and the skin was crisp even after bringing it home for dinner. Everything is to die for! Will definitely return for more delicious food! ?

โ โ โ โ โ Been here many times and one of the best place for chicken rice. Tender soy sauce chicken, flavorful fluffy rice and nice chilli with garlic. We added roast pork and char siew platter, dumplings soup and one vegetable. Yummy and will be back for more!

โ โ โ โ โ Even though they have been around for years, I only discovered this place a couple of years ago! But, better late than never, I guess!
Lee Fun Nam Kee specialises in soya chicken, and it shows: the chicken is usually well cooked and quite tender, and served with a generous portion of their braised sauce.
Along with soya chicken, they also serve char siew and roast pork. I really like the roast pork, which is tasty, tender and full of crackle! Yum!
We usually order some vegetable and shrimp dumpling soup as well. The bean sprouts are expertly done, just cooked and still crunchy. The shrimp dumplings are huge, and the soup is tasty. Wash it down with their homemade barley and you get a satisfying meal.
Definitely worth going!

โ โ โ โ โ Nice soy sauce chicken, very tender. Overall quite a good experience. Unfortunately the shop didn't serve a menu, will be very good for all customer if they can add one. Luckily we Google and found the menu. Chicken portion was medium (2 ppl portion I guess) although we ordered for 1 pax portion. Roasted meat got smell, ok but not superb. Dumpling soup average. Recommend to try their soy sauce chicken with fragrant oil rice!
