★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should have read the review here before visiting. Scaling and Polishing was never painful for me. But it was painful when I did it here at B9 Dental Centre, very rough and rushed. like what the other review says feel like they just want to earn quick bucks. Also I believe a lot of numbing gel was used on me. my mouth was very numb and I knock out after that. I think its very unethical to do that. I was not advice to avoid operating machine etc. 2 star because they did not charge consultation fees. (there was definitely no consultation) so polishing and scaling cost me $75. and they weren't rude i guess. place looks decent and clean. but i am not going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was suppose to do regular scaling and polishing but casually bought up the topic of doing fillings. Dr Kaung was nice to advise me to do it on separate occasions (the jaw really ache if you open too long) the procedure took longer than expected and of course ate into his lunch period but he was very professional and said this will take a while as he wants to do it as natural as possible since its on the front teeth.
Oh and he keep asking if I am ok because my teeth is rather sensitive and yes my body legit shiver but he was very nice to calm me down and make sure I was fine.
It will be my go to clinic from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Wife went there for her teeth cleaning today 12/09/2021 7.30pm The dentist attitude was really bad!! He did a rushy and messy job. My wife’s gums were all bleeding. She was in pain then he asked her to bite onto something when she did it was really painful then she touched her mouth (basic human reaction) the dentist screamed at her ‘don’t touch’. Hey if you don’t like your job please do not hurt others what if others do that to you? I will write in to Singapore Medical council you must be stopped before you injure others. As you can see many complaints made against you I will make sure the council take action against you.

Went for Scaling and polishing at around 8pm. Not sure if he’s rushing home or he’s just unethical, simply just push it off by saying unable to clean it off and ask me to go home and brush it. Finish the job within 5 mins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Nicholas was rough and impatient during my appointment for scaling and polishing. He rushed through the cleaning, hurting my teeth and gums with the cleaning tool. There were still stains left on my teeth after that. When i asked why he was being so rough, he said that B9 clinic has standards although i felt he did not even do a proper job.
I felt he also overcharged me when he applied some fluoride treatment to prevent some decay in my teeth which cost an extra $40 with the bill totaling to $120.
Also, my appointment got rescheduled twice and was only informed hours before the appointment.
First when the dentist was not in, and second when the clinic was undergoing renovation with some paint job.
Overall a bad experience for my first visit there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to arrange appointment several times within operating hours (flexible anytime of the day). But was turned down because dentist leaving early, on leave. And finally arranged one. Hope the price list is helpful.
Dr Nicholas is very quick in his job. Rather painful.. He completed 3 minor filling, cleaning & polishing in about 10mins.
Dr Kaung is very gentle. He make sure to check on you throughout the procedure(S). Very good job done! Lovely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible and unethical. Did scaling and polishing at this clinic and the dentist only clean the front row! I demanded to get my teeth clean again and the dentist did it for a second time. And tadah, it’s cleaned within 5 mins. Not impossible after all (despite what he said when I confront him). Polyclinic does a better job imo.

Seriously, what kind of dentist would do that??? I mean if I didn’t demand for a second round of cleaning, I’m suppose to pay FULL price to clean HALF my teeth? Omg.
