Quick, efficient and very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchase your ferry ticket either through your travel agent, online or buy through walk in. For example we had purchase through Sindo Ferry by walk in by filling up a form and presenting our passport. The cost for your ferry ticket is $50.00 Singapore currency for round trip.
When riding a ferry you'll need to bring your passport since you will be entering another country.
It is best to arrive on time due to the process entering Immigration.
At the ferry when they say go to Immigration they really mean Departure. It can be confusing to find it since there are no signs that says Immigration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to "Kueh & Kusu" trip today. Since Kusu island now is for praying activities, we were diverted to St. John's and Lazarus Island. They did informed us earlier and the trip was fantastic! The high tea was good with local kueh and sandwiches inside the ferry while on the way to the islands. It was an excellent experienced that will stay in my memory. The staffs were very helpful, polite and attentive. Thank you for the memorable trip. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for an afternoon tea experience on the ferry, with an island drop-off. During the booking process, Sindo Ferry responded promptly to my queries over Whatsapp. During the trip itself, the crew onboard was friendly, welcoming and pleasant. I would love to travel with them again.
