★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fang Fang is warm and hospitable. I came with a leg pain despite trying 2 other massage places. But Fang Fang identified the nerve and massaged it and the back. I got better that very day and next! I highly recommend this place -- it is relaxing, hospitable, welcome to treat like home and yet also knowledgeable in muscle and nerve therapy. This is the place I go to when I need good muscle and nerve care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here third time and every visit gives me a relief, I always go for my foot and back massage and for a reasonable price. Great massage/treatment on my back by Ms Fang Fang who always check if the pressure is too hard or bearable for me. Stiff back and leg definitely felt way better after the session. Will come back and look for her again. ☺️ Found this gem across the fish shop we always go to!

I’ve tried the back and foot massage of a few place in the vicinity and this is the one I keep coming back to, definitely highly recommended!
The masseuse are all very well-trained and hardworking (FangFang Jie and XiaoQin Jie are both amazing); they incorporate therapeutic methods to help your body recover and not just provide an easy massage to ‘make you feel good’. I’ve felt my neck, shoulders and hips becoming much better for the long term; and I also sleep better now - not just a temporary release like what you get at other places.
If you’re still contemplating where to go out of the many massage parlours in the area, just give bailiao a shot like I did :) best decision ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great first experience with Bai Liao and Fang Fang jie as my feet and back masseuse. She's extremely skilled and goes the extra mile to make me feel welcomed and comfortable! Even though I have had a back surgery a long time ago, I have been afraid to do a back massage, but she worked hard and slowly ramped up the massage, giving me a comfortable session! Thank you, will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited many TCM massage centres the last 3 decades. Most of these establishments which I had patronised are well established and the masseurs were well trained and very professional.
When I was introduced to Bailiao Tuina at Ang Mo Kio, I have initially perceived it as just one of the many small TCM massage shops at HDB heartland.
However, I have now get my massage done mostly at Bailiao. The lady boss, Fang Fang, at Bailiao was amazing. Just a 2.5 hours massage by her on my first visit made me want to come for more massages. I have since get my stiff muscles and painful joints relieved by her every week.
Many thanks to Fang Fang for helping me to clear many of my aches. She is to me more than a TCM masseur, I have regarded her as a very professionally trained TCM therapist.
