β β β β β Dr Yap and his team of clinic assistants fit the bill for everything you need in the family clinic (physician) in the heartlands. Warm and down to earth, affordable medical care and sincere. Its been close to 20 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else unless the clinic was closed.

β β β β β Dr Yap is thoughtful, and affordable. Staff also very clear in explaining how to take meds.
I've tried a couple other doctors over the years coz of location/timing, but keep coming back to Dr Yap.
It is very old school (non-aircon waiting room, faded posters, records on filing cards, payment by cash) but don't let that deter you. Is a legit doctor's office.

β β β β β My father saw Dr Yap about 4 years ago and found out my father's condition could be critical urgent. My father got Colon Cancer stage 3 and did op. Thanks for Dr Yap just safe a Life.
Dr Yap very patient and clinic staff friendly too.
Charges for elderly consult fee very reasonable $10. Child only $12.
Recommend this clinic is best in Ang Mo Kio and Bishan .
