This is a cheater company.. told us that we can ride park hopper bus instead brought their own van which they call bus.. good thing we didnt ride their so called bus (van).. plss dont trust easily SAEX in the night safari really horrible experience..

Tried to ring and book tickets for bus an night Safari and said not to and just get it from the bus stop. Bus was then 40 mins late for the pickup. On arrival at night Safari the first 3 shows were booked out so expected us to wait around for 3 hours for the last show. Blamed traffic for the bus being 40 mins late even when I was the first stop on the way.

I was super disappointed in the level of service we were provided using this pass to the night safari. First of all, the bus was late to our hotel, and when we arrived at the park, we were only given the option to purchase a round trip ticket for $11 per person. The park closed at 12am however, we weren’t informed that the LAST bus left at 11pm. When we arrived at the counter we were laughed at since we had just missed the last bus, and was told that the only option would be for us to purchase an additional pass for a “direct” ride to our hotel at an additional cost of $10 per person. We asked if we’d be able to be refunded, and only be charged for the one way pass ($6) however, the employees said it would not be possible and to, “take it up with the company, but they would not do anything for you.” With no other option, we paid for the “direct” ride back to our hotel however, to our surprise, we were then rounded onto a bus with 5 other parties where we stopped at each persons hotel. It took us over 65 minutes to get back to our hotel, which only takes half the time if we used public transportation. I ADVISE ALL CUSTOMERS TO AVOID THIS SCAM.

Really deserves only half star. This company is a joke. We used them to get to night safari.. bus driver purposely had both earphones on for entire trip so they wouldn’t have to answer any questions. Trip took twice the amount of time as the max speed it goes is 60km being such a old bus. Told us to get a return ticket but didn’t leave enough seats for us when we got there at 11pm. Told us we should have got there at 10.55 instead and that we could stand if we wanted to even though we were a party of 2 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 1. In what world is It acceptable for a 1yo to stand for 45mins on a bus?? Also refused to refund the return even though they oversold. Don’t waste your time and money on these lowlifes. No care or consideration and just here to make a buck.
