★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience! The award ceremony is tml and yet they hv not send out details. Fail to reply emails, not responsive by phone. Told me that the details will be sent out by wednesday but didnt. when i try calling they tell me to email them, which i refuse as my email was never replied. Then put me on hold forever n i yet to resolve rhis issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son was excluded from SIMOC although I got confirmation email for application from China office. Irresponsible and unprofessional handling with blaming on me that I didn’t make application. There is no follow up and no communication was initiated.
I can’t believe that my son was not able to attend it because of mishandling which no one will take responsibility.
