Since our very first visit to animal clinic many years ago, we have always been impressed by the various vets who attended to our beloved pets. Dr Hsu, Dr Darnet, and more recently, Dr Jeremy, Dr Nicholas and Dr Gail, you all have been very compassionate and kind towards us and our pets. Thank you very much. We are eternally grateful.

easy to schedule an appointment, very professional and friendly staff. Dr Jeremy Koh was super patience to answer all question and explained us all details; even headed out later to add some more thoughts. He handled our cat very well.

Great clinic! Vets and vet techs are friendly and very gentle with pets. Highly recommend to pet owners in the area!

Dr Gail was awesome. She liked my fluffy cat and handle him well with his pinky eye. She did some procedures and gave my cat eye drops home. The whole experience was good because no line (i did the reservation beforehand), clinic is small but clean. I dont have any experience about the cost in SG, for me it was a bit expensive -even tho it was worth it in the end. Thanks!

I sent my cat who was 12 yrs old to this clinic because she had teeth issues. We were told to administer painkillers to her twice a day and within 5 days she died and we do not know the underlying reason. I will never bring my cats to be treated here again.

Rudest receptionist ever . My cat was ill over the weekend hence I took him to my regular vet first thing on Monday morning for a check up. When I walked in the receptionist was very offended that I did not have an appointment. She repeatedly reprimanded me in an aggressive manner that I had to make an appt if I wanted to see the vet. I told her it was not possible as the clinic was closed over the weekend. Hence she informed I had to wait giving me the impression that it was going to be long wait even though the clinic empty. I was prepared to wait as my cat was unwell. Guess what ?? I waited for a grand total of 30’seconds and it was my turn. When I walked out of the clinic, there was a big signage indicating staff will not tolerate any abuse from customers. However I felt that I was abused instead by the rude receptionist. That being said, the vet was very sweet and professional. Even my helper was taken aback and recommended we should look for a different clinic and so we will be doing just that .

They may not be the cheapest vets around but they are considerate and very professional. And if you are counting pennies but still have to spend it, then this is probably a good place to do so. Having brought some animals to this clinic before, the standard of service has never failed to strike me as impressive. That is not to say that it feels like a luxury experience, but it does feel like your special member-of-the-family is in competent hands. When disclosing that certain tests are available, they do ascertain the level of testing that may be suitable or recommended, factoring budget as well. However, you would have to state clearly if you do have budget concerns. After giving their prognosis, they were kind enough to give good, clear instructions on how to medicate patients. They were also very kind to allow videotaping of how to administer the drip. ?... among other things. Great team of nurses and doctors. The receptionists are also very efficient, effective and helpful. Thank you, The Animal Clinic!
