★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The liver is perfect. Not hard not too soft. Hardly find such a nice fishball noodle nowadays. If they change to the broader Kuay Teow maybe better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked out this new stall inside North Bridge road food centre that sells Teochew Noodle. This stall is relatively new which explains the queue when I was there. Didnt have to wait long before it was my turn to order. Noodle starts from SGD$3 onward and depends on what you order.
I ordered item no.2 on the signboard which was SGD$4. it comes with sliced fishcake, minced and sliced pork, fishball and 2 prawns. Portion of noodle was quite generous as well. The sauce isn't your typical one that has too much vinegar too it. Noodle was nicely cooked too, texture of noodle was springy.
Overall, pretty decent bowl of minced meat fishball noodle that i wouldn't mind eating again.
