★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve become a happy person through this meditation. Before I met this meditation, I used to be a negative person with lots of stress and countless thoughts. Those stress made me suffer. Actually, I achieved many conditions for happiness that people usually mention; money, good career, and happy family. However, I was not happy truly. I had so many questions about life such as why I was born into this world, why and how I should live, what is the true life, how I should educate my kids etc.
It is after this meditation that all those questions disappear! I realized the reason and cause of all the suffering is myself and it is always myself that made me anguished. For true happiness and peace, I think everyone needs this meditation. My only hope is that everyone in this world will live happily like me:D
