★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since the opening of the Ring in Orchard. I have done a couple of classes, and been able to work on my boxing skills. Coach Abdou and coach Jared are funny, patient and supportive while you train. The class last 45 min, but believe me you dont feel it as the training is so good! Good Sweat!
I have also tried the sparring class, a couple of time. Again, coaching and guidance were there!. And as a woman, I felt safe and happy to practice what i learn in class.

The gym is really clean and well maintained too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been boxing for more than 10 years now, and I find The Ring to be one of the best boxing gyms in Singapore for three reasons.
First, the classes provide a great workout while still being technical; I still learn something new each time I go down. The classes are also conducted safely, and there are classes catered for individuals of different levels of experience.
Second, the coaches are friendly, approachable, and experienced. They take the time to guide each person towards improving. Most importantly, they make the trainings fun and fruitful!
Third, the people at The Ring are pleasant and helpful. Everyone at The Ring are part of a family regardless of how long they have been there or how experienced they are.
All in all, The Ring provides great training with great coaches and people - at a reasonable price!
