β β β β β This place has long queue when there is a 4d or Toto draws. People working nearby or shoppers or retirees will queue up to try their luck especially during weekends and Chinese New year when Spore pools is giving out big sums of 5 m or 9m. No one wants to miss out. Who is the lucky one?

β β β β β One of the hidden outlets... one of the highest paidouts won here in 2020... typically quite empty....opens early at around 8am ... only 2 counters which might be pretty slow when the queue is long
