Today and just happened at 1930hrs at Harbour Front Centre when my wife ordered a bowl of plain noodle without any chilli or tomato sauce was served with ketchup. My wife ordered and also clearly heard the cashier relay the message to the cook as plain fishball noodle (cos my daughter dont take either sauce). When served with ketchup and asked for a change, the chief's face turned black and turned around to redo the order with vulgarity that loud enough to be heard. I urged this cook to either go take a good rest or just do his job well and stop blaming on others for his mistake. Be professional or just quit. And due to his disrespectful towards my wife, i announced here that i will visit this "Cook" personally next weekend on 16-Sep-2018, Sunday with afew of my local "media" friends to witness his poor attitude as a F&B worker. I also hope that either the Quality or Audit team of EAT interview this worker as not to further damage the reputation of their brand. Frequent review and checks on site is important as not just food itself comply to Singapore Food Industry standard only but also lack of supervision workers reflect the poor image with poor and negative attitude toward clients are unacceptable.

Met a new lady cook today. Loud voice and rude. Ordered a Fish dumping Quay Teow soup. Fish dumping was overcooked and too soft. I am a regular there. This was my first bad experience there.

Located near McDonald and Heavenly Wang. Convenient for quick bite. Choice or selection is getting more and more. Average quality with reasonable price.

Laksa no more sea hum. Serving of the Laksa gravy hugely downsized and so is the taste. I miss the yummyness served by previous folks who used to run the place like a family Now it’s a big time horror story

Was there around 2 pm. Chinese lady bad attitude. She replied once when we asked for a rice set that was not available. When we asked again if there were other rice, she completely ignored us despite we repeating the question.

Cashier lady very rude and bad attitude towords customer and other in front of me too. She is too busy and over stressed with the queue The food used to be good...but now tasteless. Oh goshhh... really so scary. Pls improve.
