★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there at least twice monthly, and have been met with good service every time. There is a young lady there and recently she served me; my parcel wasn’t wrapped properly at 3 sides and she reminded me to pack properly next time and used the tape to tape it up nicely. Then she promoted me to write the return add just in case. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Of course, waiting time is still long, but I reckon the average time is around the same at other branches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to this branch 3 times and it never fails me. The service staffs was very attentive, helpful, fast and efficient. They work closely with each other too. Unlike the staffs at Jurong West St.41 branch, the service staffs here shows a very pleasant disposition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very bad experience with an attitude front counter handling my registered parcel.. instead of she doing it for me..she ordered me to insert myself the registered paper in the plastic folder and paste myself the printed $6 registered stamps.. which is too much of my work that hers.. pls ensure your front staff is ready and professional in dealing with customer.. it's customer service not the other way.. I shall NEVER return for any services here..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast and efficient service. This branch is one of the few Post Office that closes at 7pm from Monday to Saturday. And if the post office is closed, you can still get the stamp for your mail via the SAM machine. Apart from providing mail service, you can also remit money and renew your passport, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Read about the slow service. Guess I avoided it by being there at 10.30am. It does take a while for the labels to be churned out, but I think it is at an acceptable speed. Posted my package in about 3 minutes. It is a little hard to find though, being tucked in one corner. A bigger sign outside would help.
