Queueing here is ridiculous. There's just one zigzag queue for 'all services' whether you lose 20~ minutes of your life, whether you're collecting a parcel or just buying stamps. You have 3 counters, but only 2 staff so one of them has to hop between main desk and the postal matters side.

Love the people working here. I’ve been coming to this particular branch since my secondary school days. They all recognize me and they frank my parcels very quickly and efficiently. Even helped me retrieve my parcel when I got scammed by someone. Luckily they didn’t send it out yet if not I would have lost $200 worth of items.

I think the staff here are nice only to the regulars. I went there recently asking about renting a PO box. There was only one counter open and only 3 customers: the lady they were serving, me and a person behind me. The counter staff was so sweet and friendly to the lady in front of me. It was obvious they knew each other. I was expecting a good experience, but when it was my turn, the counter staff sneered at me and told me the waiting list for PO box rental was very long and I'd better be smart and look for other solutions if I wanted an alternative mail receipt address. It was uncalled for. Perhaps she didn't approve of online shopping?

Not pleasant. To collect 2 registered items, I've to wait for more than half an hour. I thought there ought to be a queue for collecting registered items instead of having a common queue to include parcel sending. The young staff was impersonal and non-communicative. For some reason, she merely nodded her head, using non- verbal communication to answer my questions. Maybe , she sensed my impatience but I merely want to know if I'm in the right queue. To me, it's rude. Maybe it is nearing closing time. What frustrated me was I tried to arrange a redelivery but was told by the automated machine that the system couldn't process my request at that moment. I then thought it would be faster to make a trip to the Post office personally to collect the items. I haven't been at the post office for a while but the place sure looks cold and unfriendly. My feedback!

EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE. Come only if you're prepared to queue 30-40mins, and ready to face staff with perpetual grumpy attitude (not the male Malay staff). 2021.11.22 Service improved drastically, no more long queues outside the post office. Friendly counter staff!!

came off-peak hour 3PM. friendly lady staff. I don't want to say slow service as other reviewers are yelling. I think they are nice and work in a calm manner.

There's a post lobby operating 24)7. Very convenient.

Went on Monday around 3:45pm. Just a few customers no crowd. Staff was very helpful and friendly and I don't find their service is slow base on some of the comments here ( maybe have to avoid during peak hour).
