Saturday operating hour does not follow what is stated (12:30pm). Visited SK polyclinic twice within a week, first headache and later fever. After 2 days of fever, I consulted GP, doctor suspected dengue fever and suggested me to return to SK polyclinic for blood test in order to get the result immediately. I took cab and arrived at around 11:15am, but was rejected and told that the last patient accepted was 10:30am!

The doctors in Sengkang Polyclinic are stressed n they are to care for stressed n distressed outpatients which come with varied ailments from Mondays to Saturdays. On 31/3/22, Dr Crystabelle Tan spoke so fast I could not catch her words as to go to the different rooms for different lab tests n medication n she drafted a journey of stopovers n I thought that was good move! On 5/4/22, Dr Har-Amreeth Kaur raised her voice at me twice when I told her about my health concerns. Finally she toned down when I looked unhappy that she was not showing concern towards my distress over the pain experienced in my hand n head. I am aware that the doctors are stressed in their heavy workloads but I do hope they can be more empathic n gracious towards their patients. We come to the polyclinic not to add to the doctors' workloads but because we are not well n seek for medical advice n directions.

The doctor in polyclinic is so proud and arrogant, when I approach him just wanted to understand how much longer do I have to wait for my daughter queue number to be call and the response I got is WAIT LA, EVERYONE IS WAITING. And just to let your know I have been waiting for 3hr++... Very disappointed, why is it becos we goes to polyclinic we don't need the basic respect????

Wanted a check on a lump on my chest and get more allergy/sinus medicine. When i waited for the consult. the doctor said she can't check for me because i have running nose. All that mattered was checking to see if the lump is anything serious but she wanted me to go to the YELLOW ZONE where potential COVID patients were. Risking MY HEALTH as well as my FAMILY's. Went up to see that the YELLOW ZONE had no actual consultation rooms but had cubicles with curtains. How to check my chest, no privacy. WORST EXPERIENCE AT A POLYCLINIC. just left the polyclinic instead. Thank you doctor yong ying, for delaying the diagnosis of the lump. SHE ALSO GAVE ME ATTITUDE. When i asked her to just check for me. NEVER COMING BACK HERE

Depending on the Doctor you get, i got 2 good doctors on my 1st 2 visits hence for the high rating. Dr Rachel and Dr Li Ziqing Michelle (5 stars) are very patient and explain the different possibility of my chronic muscle aches hence i went back to know about my review. As advised, if my blood test shows abnormality i can go and seek Doctor's consultation and my test did show abnormal reading. Though i don't stay near but due to the past good experiences, i have good faith in the doctors there, i went back to get their opinion on my abnormal wbc reading. My 3rd visit is Dr GYY, whom i felt is dismissive and not as thorough or good as the previous two. Suggesting that i don't have to do urine test yearly which is a packaged health screening i did yearly, hinting that ppl overworry by doing all these health screening yearly ( alittle lack of empathy for my concern). She also said that consistent high wbc in urine is okay if i dont show any other symptoms ...and offer painkillers for my chronic muscle aches which i rejected. I came to find out the cause not to just deal with the symptom.if i don't know the root cause, painkillers won't solve my chronic problem . Felt like a wasted trip. It would be good if i can have the same doctors that ordered for my blood test to explain these abnormalities.

Bad experience. Went for a doctor consultation as I'm experiencing chest pain (On the day itself), but the doctor seems to be sleeping or drowsy didn't even put in effort to listen to what I've said, Told me that it's normal based on previous result. Nothing being done at all. Don't expect me to pay for this kind of horrible consultation. I know I shouldn't expect much after all because is just polyclinic, cannot expect to pay peanuts get monkey. Ha.

The process of visit control should be improved. I use Healthy Buddy to book appointment and monitor the Q number. My appointment was 12:05pm but there was 10 patient before my number at 12pm. I arrived the Clinic about 1:15pm as the Q-Track showed 3 patients before my number. However, the security guard stopped my entry as the afternoon session not started yet and kept saying I was late so I have to queue like others and told me my number would not be missed. The truth is I missed. I was not late as I followed the instruction on Healthy Buddy. The APP or the clinic should let patient know , everyone should wait inside of the clinic before morning session is ended if your registration is morning session even you see there is 10 numbers before you. Then I don't see what's the point to use Healthy Buddy and Q-Track. It's also increase the risk to be infected by other disease like COVID-19 in the crowded waiting area.

System of one of the rooms is down (room C4 of level 4), I am number 12 in the queue but as a result I am seeing that patient number 31 is consulting the doctor first. What if I am in close contact with a COVID patient as a result of waiting. Arrived at 7.45 but only seeing the doctor at 10AM. A lot of spreading can happen in 2 hours. What rubbish. If you know the room is down, move your patients to another room. Simple.
