I enjoy going to this post office because its convenient, efficient and has a bunch of friendly and helpful staff!

staff is efficient and polite. I would't write a review of a post office but i'm surprised about some negative comments. Not sure why some people complain about staff, or about issues that the staff has nothing to do with. It's usually empty and not much to wait. Staff does what is needed, promptly and politely, thank you!

Nice pleasant place . Q time about 15-20mins. Meter parking and disable friendly. Can be crowded about 10-15 customers

Had a terrible experience with a disrespectful staff member. We brought packages and a Chinese address to which she simply stated she doesn’t know Chinese and said nothing else to assist me. So I asked if we could post by ship, she said no and told us to choose out of three options, but when we asked if Speedpost Economy was by sea she said yes. I told her we’ll post with Speedpost Economy, to which she sighed, rolled her eyes, pointed at the screen and told me I had to choose an option to post with. Dumbfounded, I told her I had just chosen Speedpost Economy and called her out on her disrespect. Only then was she friendly and informed us to fill up the shipping label and invoice. I understand that communication may be hindered because of our masks, but her rude and condescending manner is inexcuasble. This staff should know to treat customers as she would want to be treated as well.

I’ve been to a number of SingPost branches recently and this one probably has the lowest level of service that I’ve encountered. The staff looked marginally annoyed with me from the moment I stepped in. They were engaging in their own side chats over customers and looked very disengaged when I or other customers had fair & innocent questions for them. The branch is also very poorly maintained too - the floor was really sticky (did someone spoil glue or a sweet drink?) nobody really seems to care very much and it shows. What a shame - Hopefully something is done to improve things soon!
