Staff members are always friendly and helpful and efficient in clearing queues. Love to use the SAM machine there and even the pop station. On days where I have to queue for concert tickets they will even issue numbers and everything was done in an orderly manner

with or without queue is subjective as I do encounter a queue in mid morning. Early morning approximate 9-ish or 10 the post office is often empty. Staff does not have any idea on popstation as explained it was a totally different entity, although popstation is part of the services offered by Singpost. Hotline is mostly polite and apologize for keeping you waiting on the line which is more often, when they need to check not only my information on the package, but also on the services provided. Living near the area, I requested for my child's passport to be collected there instead of ica. Big mistake. I went to the office at the appointed date but after waiting for more than 15 minutes, the staff said they couldn't find her passport. They tried calling ica but no one picked up. And so I was late for my next appointment with no passport in hand. The staff promised to get back to me to find out what happened to her passport but after waiting for 5 days, there was still no word...fed up, I called ica (which was very difficult to get through) and managed to get them to confirm that the passport had always been there. Confounded, I decided to go there after work to make sure the passport is still there. Indeed it is ( but no one called after the fiasco) but it was too late to collect it as it was nearing the closing time and my daughter, who had to collect the passport personally, was not able to make it all the way to tanjong pagar in time as she was in jurong east..the next day was a public holiday ( polling day) and also the last day from where I could collect the passport at the post office before it is returned to ica...it is such a frustrating process! Now that the passport is back with ica, I have to call them for an appt to collect it ( because I don't have a file reference number, I can't make an appt online)..the hotline is so hot, my hands were burnt just holding the receiver...am very upset that all this inconvenience is caused just because the staff cannot find the passport on the appointed date and didn't bother to get back to me earlier enough...it is very poor service indeed

Called up singpost to get details on my package as courier didn’t leave consignment card for post office. Also asked for information on how to get authorise someone to pick up on behalf of myself. Did everything they said. My friend got to the post office and some old lady pretended not to speak English and declined to give the parcel and closed up the shop in front of their face. Worst customer service on the planet. Will be complaining to the manager of Singpost

Was really new and lost to this registered mail thing and had to wait for the recipient to reply but the staff were very patient and friendly and even explained in detail what it is, the price and why it had to be registered instead of normal mail for my package! Their service was really good and everyone was kind. Thank you! ?

Quick and friendly service. Opted to collect my passport from this post office. Friday at 11 AM, only a couple of customers around. The staff very pleasantly settled my passport collection within 5 minutes. The place is clean and spacious. Conveniently located near Tanjong Pagar MRT.

Singapore Postal service has really modernised. There are various self serve kioks and automated parcel boxes here. It feels like a little Centre of wonder when you come in and there's quite a bit to see and read on the walls where they advise how to pack your items with what kind of stuffing and all. Although it was lunch time, the queue moved fast and service was good.
