They don't have information if their post office carry new notes for cny. I was advised to visit the branch and check.

Quoted me a price to start the shipping process, then 30 minutes later tripled that price bc they "forgot" to weigh the box and shipping materials... =/

wanted to send a parcel at 3pm in the afternoon. 14 people in front of me, waiting time around 50min. Seriously??

Putting one star not because of OUE Downtown Gallery itself but it is the inflexible services of Singpost that got to me. I ordered something online with normal mail albeit it is a bulky package, I understand and appreciate that the postman is not allowed to simply leave the package outside the door (probably for security reasons). However, I believe some working adults would face this problem but delivery during the afternoon on a weekday is almost guaranteed that no one will be home to receive the package (I do not live with anyone who stays at home 24/7). What makes it harder is that there is no telling to what time and when they would deliver the package so wanting to arrange to be home to collect the package is impossible as well (speaking for myself who is not well familiarised with Singpost's schedule, maybe some of you are Idk). The next step is, they would send the package to the nearest post office from the sending address, sure. Although 10 working days to collect the package is seemingly a long enough time, but it doesn't mean everyone actually has the time to collect the package given that the post office (OUE Gallery is my nearest) closes the same time as I finish work, or most people finish work which is at 6pm. Even if I wanted to, there is literally no time for me to jet over to the Post office to collect my package. Some might say what about lunch time, I have lunch plans lined up and collecting my own parcel shouldn't mess with my daily plans so, not today Satan. I called them to ask if they could arrange a Re-delivery or extend the 10 working days to 1 more day (tomorrow) so I can arrange something. It was a hard No to both suggestions because of their strict regulations and that if I don't collect by today, it would be sent back to the sender. I feel this is ridiculous because why is collecting something that is supposed to be MINE such a ninja warrior obstacle course. My suggestions: 1. Singpost could extend their operation hours at least by 30 mins or something, there are residences in the CBD so it doesn't make their operations "after office hours" redundant. 2. Sure, to ask for a re-delivery might require some special kind of postage plan. I won't fight that, but they should be more flexible in a customer's request for a reasonable extension in holding of the items, again, not everyone is coincidentally free during their designated 2 weeks grace period. But well, afterall they are the only "normal" mail operators in Singapore, as we say, Lan Lan lor. Looks like now, I have to invest more in postage for a more customised and flexible delivery schedule with other operators like Ninjavan, roadbull etc. Thanks Singpost.

Went there today for the first time. To my surprise, no queue at all, despite the lunch time. Service was also nice.

Located at 3rd floor OUE Downtown 2. Small branch, only 3 counter. Hence, expected very long queue during office hour. One Sam self-service machine infront. Come outside peak hour to avoid long queue. Good service handling letters, packages, etc.. Mailbox is located outside the branch. Highly recommended!
