My instructor Mr Steven Tan is knowledgeable, informative, clear on his instructions and provide useful information. I felt very comfortable and wanting to do more on First Aid qualifications to be more experience and able to help anyone who is in need of First Aid. Mr Steven Tan is well organised and he is able to interact with the class very well and made the whole learning process an interesting and a stress free environment. I am very happy with the course and will recommend more people to take up the course, to get trained ,learn the skills and make a different to our community. Excellent and keep up the good job ! Compared to the other organizations that I have taken the same course with, I found that Red Cross places an emphasis on training us so that we can be confident and competent in real life situations. Instructors are friendly and helpful, without compromising of quality of training. Their feedback are always constructive and encouraging. I strongly encourage you to consider them!

Mr. Steven Tan had made the whole learning experience very interesting and easy to pick up the course information. Both Instructors also have vast knowledge in providing first aid and sharing wholeheartedly their experiences. Their passion and commitment has inspired me to put the skill I have learnt into practice. :-)

He is very professional. Besides, from his experiences of saving lives of others, I was be inspired to initiate myself and become more confident to perform BCLS accurately to save more lives as a first aider. Besides, thank you Mr. Steven for teaching the theoretical knowledges.

In these few hours we were equipped with both theoretical and practical skills to assist casualties in need. This is definitely a useful skill for everyone, and this is a great place to learn it.
