L	Lebon Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 14th March 2016, my wife went down to collect cheque for the medisave reimbursement and was attended by this lady at the counter who didn't bothered to attend to her. After which she just threw the cheque on the table and attended to a phone call. All this time she didn't even speak a single word since my wife entered the clinic. When asked about some injection procedure, she just merely explain in a very impatient manner. This lady was total different lady whom we met the 1st time who is very patient and explain clearly and always smiling. doubt she's working there for long. I hope the doctors there could do something about it.
K	Ksyrium on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure about the negative feedbacks here but I would think some are biased towards themselves. We were very well taken care of and gynaecologist was very professional. Yes just one doctor so perhaps during busy periods the wait could be longer. I don’t usually give reviews but hope that this review help pull the rating up.
m	mabel tai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am surprised at the negative comments posted on this web site - I go there for my facial on a regular basis and the service is first class, the nurses are very friendly and Fion who does my facial is so gentle and patient and takes all the time that is needed to do her job well and we have good chats about how to live healthy lives. We need to be good customers to get good service!
A	Anne Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The frontdesk person is unhelpful... I'm breastfeeding mother, and im suddenly feel my breast is super pain, and it maybe is mastitis. I had call this clinic and ask for availble schedule for today, the front desk is refuse my request and say is urgent just go to A&E... How the compassion for this front desk??
J	Junqin Eric on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caveats first, note that the doctor is a male specialist. this is a one doctor shop with 3 admin ladies helping him manage all appointments, dispensing and registration. due to the short opening hours, it can get really busy during those hours. there would also be days where he is scheduled to deliver babies for other patients, so do give the clinic a call before going. and be prepared to wait quite a while before the call is picked up. My wife and I went through our first pregnancy experience with this clinic and it has been great. Professional doctor and very experienced admin assistants. The doctor is patient to explain and tell us what to worry and what not to worry about. As for the admins, they are great at what they do. (just know when is a right time to talk to them). Would definitely come back for my 2nd kid!
j	jichen wang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive for a neighborhood clinic. We were charged over $300 on the first visit for pregnancy checkup. ($160 for consultation fee alone as the counter staff claimed that the consultation was over 15 mins hence they charged extended consultation fee and it’s Normal for first time visitors. We were not informed about this extra charge and no price list was shown to us prior to consultation) The clinic should make their charges more transparent so customers will not feel shocked when they see the bill.
T	Teena See on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm with them for my #1 back in 2017 and I'm back again with them for my #2 this year! Back in 2016 when I found out that I'm pregnant with my #1, I went to them as it was the nearest to my house. But after my first consultation with them, I felt super comfortable. The staffs are friendly and nice. Dr Clifton is experienced, friendly and humourous which made me feel very calm when I gave birth to my #1. When I'm pregnant with my #2, I went back to them again even though I have shifted to Sembawang area! And again, I have a very smooth pregnancy and delivery! Thank you Dr Clifton Chan and staffs! :)
K	Kelvin Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all cost. During the last consultation, the doctor asked us to visit hospital for treatment as there is nothing much he can do. When I ask for a referral letter from him, he says no need for a letter and we can just walk-in to any hospital. When I probe further of any recommended doctors he just say KK, NUH,MT E. Any will do, he has no recommendation. So I guess I am better off doing a Google search.
