Staff were really understanding and friendly! I forgot to bring my medical form and they offered offered print it for me ! They are also very patient and quick! Finished my check up within just 40 mins :)

Zero concept of punctuality. Does not respect customer's time Appointment at 8.30 a.m., received SMS reminder at 8.30 a.m., clinic only opens at 9 a.m. Upon registration at 9 a.m., waited as doctor was late for 20 mins, and only arrives after 9.20 a.m.

I had a pleasant experience at the clinic! Staffs were all so nice and friendly!! I felt a little giddy after my blood test and they were very quick to attend to me (offered me water, brought me to the sick bay to lie down). Doctor was very friendly and professional too. Thank you so much to the clinic staffs!!

Son was there for his vaccination required for matriculation medical. Waited an hour even though he made an appointment. And then waited another 30mins thereafter just to make payment. Hope you can look into your process and resource planning in future

hi, I have not received my PCR test result you promised. I am flying tomorrow morning. I am extremely nervous.. are you sending me the result. You promised it on Sunday and I did receive the results from other clinics on Sunday. I have to fly but I don't have the result. What should I do.

Overcharged me for supervised ART test when MOH website clearly stated $15 at Quick Test Centers (QTC) and I booked my appointment here through MOH site. Was told that I was charged $40 due to memo issued for pre departure testing but after checking, realised that memo is not required for cruise to nowhere! I clearly mentioned to the receptionist I was taking the test for cruise to nowhere during registration but seems like they issued the memo anyway to charge extra. *2 May EDIT* I clearly communicated verbally to the receptionist when I first entered the clinic and also indicated in the registration form that I was going for a cruise to nowhere. I am fine with paying for the services rendered so I will not be reaching out for the refund. If your clinic is still keen to refund, you can reach me via the contact details in my registration form. Meanwhile, I will keep the 1-star rating for not providing the appropriate ART test option despite knowing my requirement and for the inaccurate statement in the response.

Very slow, very unprofessional, poor follow up action. I visited on 30/5/22. The whole process is very slow, after the consultation with the doctor, waiting for the medicine also very slow. Then i was informed 1 of the medicine out of stock no choice have to accept it and the staff informed me will call me again in another 1 or 2 days once it is restock. On 2 or 3-6-22 the clinic call me, instead of telling me the status of the out of stock medicine but to verify my ic number for MOH record purpose, i believe the staff have record it wrongly on that day. The clinic follow up action is very very bad. 10 Jun edit Hi thanks for your reply. Nono to correct it to wait am ok i do visit other clinic before, i do understand it but "SLOW" which i highlighted is beyond acceptable level. Well verification of NRIC, part of the SOP, when i am at the clinic, the receptionist has requested my NRIC for record, so can i ask what is the purpose of calling me 2 or 3day later after my visit? In the call they ask me again my NRIC and clearly there is a mix up of NRIC of mine and another patient. For the medicine, can i ask what do you mean accommodate to bring in the said medicine? I was not told by the doctor during the consultation the said medicine is out of stock, the doctor can alway give me other recommendation or even advise me to go another clinic for consultation and the staff informed me will restock within that week they will call me again, now it is already 1 week plus close to 2 week nothing updated to me, can you imagine a patient without the said medicine? I dont think this is acceptable.

the staff was quite friendly but the relief doctor was super slow. he would see a patient for 2/3 minutes and then only after 15 minutes then he would take the next patient. It was rather nice of the counter lady to offer to call those who are quite far in the queue when their turn was nearing instead of having them wait around in the clinic. Though on incident did shock me rather as a man fainted outside the clinic, they did bring him in and the doctor did see him however when I saw the lady bring in the credit card machine to make payment I had a shock. I know that this can be comparable as an a&e hospital providing their service but I had an impression that they may have offered some goodwill as the guy did not choose to faint outside their clinic and he was not really in the best mind to make decisions for himself. This clinic's consultation fee is also not cheap starting at $36++ hence this left quite an impression on me. The relief doctor also looks quite unbothered as well.
