Dr. Leong - sure he is very capable but is rude, condescending and needs to work on his softskills. Didn’t even announce what he was going to do (scope) and made smart comments thereafter.

Dr Leong and his team are very committed to their patients, I have experienced their care for me thru out my consultation,neck surgery and after care.

Dr Leong is very pro in his work. My experience is above expectations, staff follow up closely with me on appointments and medications. Recommended specialist

Brought my boy to consult Dr Leong becos he was diagnose with laryngomalacia from his paed. The staffs here was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable & both Dr Leong & staffs also assure & explain to me in detail for my boy to do a nasal scope to be more assurance check that my boy condition is not serious or any other condition to cause this. After the procedure Dr Leong still explain to us & reassurance me it's not that serious. I need to say experience with Dr Leong & staffs is a comfortable & pleasant one. I am sure most people agrees with me of the excellent service which the centre provides. Good doctor and excellent staff especially from Mel & Joanne. Doctor is friendly. The staff Mel & Joanne are veteran in the field of nursing who provide very good customer service. They are attentive and responsive to needs and queries. The most important factor is their smiley faces. It is an experience whereby you will never have the stress of hesitance to ask them questions. Much needed in the field of services.

True to the qualities of a doctor , Dr Leong is very patient , caring and thorough . Have seen him with several ENT related issues and never had to make repeated visits . Thankful I found an excellent doctor . Also his nurses in the clinic are polite and jovial . An absolute friendly bunch !

An extremely long story short, my life has changed for the better after meeting Dr. Adrian and his team. I can now breathe through my left nostril, something I could not do before and I can actually sleep and wake up feeling fresh. A big thank you to the team for helping me almost rid all the ENT symptoms I've been dealing with since early 2020 that plagued my life non-stop for over 1.5 years. I was referred to Dr. Adrian in Sept/Aug 2021 after 1.5 years of visiting various specialists and seeing a regular ENT for chronic ENT symptoms which flared up in early 2020 and never resolved. After diagnostics, I was diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea and other abnormalities/issues with the structures of my sinuses. Combined with other health matters, it was finally clear what was causing my chronic fatigue and inability to ever wake up feeling fresh and 'okay'. Having been treated before and having made lots of changes to help with little success, I was recommended for a number of sinus surgery procedures. I have to say that Dr. Adrian and his team always made sure I was informed, comfortable and they are so lovely to deal with. Dr. Adrian also went out of his way on a few occasions to help re explain my prognosis with my family which really helped them understand and me to also make my decision to ultimately go ahead with the surgery just about a month from diagnosis. Post surgical care also has been very good and the team regularly checked in the first stage of recovery which was good. Although lots of appointments, all very needed to help suction the sinuses and check on the healing process! Although the process was initially very painful and exhausting from all the medication and being congested while healing, it's worth all the benefits I experience now. Being able to sleep and feel recharged and being able to breathe through both nostrils! Lastly I want to say that if you are hesitating at all about getting sinus surgery, I would recommend to go for it as it truly is life changing for the better. Again a big thank you to Dr. Adrian for his amazing demeanor, true caring nature and his team who are equally fantastic helping me through the whole process from the billing, to the detailed post surgical care process etc. I only hope that more people's lives are improved in the same way through the care by Dr. Adrian and his team.
