l	laura chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a very huge parking space at STA. However I was turned away at the entrance by the Carpark attendant standing beside a signboard showing CARPARK FULL. After I was done at STA, when I walked out of the carpark, I asked him why did he not allow vehicles to enter the carpark when there were in fact many empty lots. His answer was that the lots were for SEASON parking only. If that’s the case, the Management should display a signboard FOR SEASON PARKING ONLY. Why need the Carpark attendant to stand in the hot sun and selectively allow certain vehicles?
K	Kelly Han on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They used to be at 46 Kim Yam Road, officially move to 40 Sin Ming Lane in February 2019! The staff will wear a tag! Look out for them! Approach them for more information and they will give advise. There isn't reception around. The staff will serve one by one.
V	Vincent (Vince) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went there 3 times always crowded and packed, counter is ultra slow, counter staff is not friendly and hostile, seen an uncle shouting at them as they don't even want to help him. Taxi academy no online system for students to book tests or classes, need to be there to waste time and queue plus they don't bother to answer their phone at all! during test invigilators dont bother about the timer, test duration is not even the given 1 hour ! beware !
W	Wang Shengjie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wonder if they ever wondered just what type of customers are they serving, mostly is working adult, but yet their opening hour is 9-6 and no weekend. You meaning we have to take leave just to go and apply? Atleast open half day on Saturday will really help. Imagine if our working time also 9-6pm how are we suppose to meet their timing? I guess they must be having a good life in office because when we don't have the time to go, they open. When we finally have the time to go, they close. Please understand that your business is not to sell goods, your business nature is to help give citizens like us a chance to get a job. It's not a play thing.
R	Raven Clive on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the place they educate the taxi drivers... Everybody knows how the taxi driver drive their car plus their very very bad attitude. . Stop anyway they want...change lane never give signal... Especially the red taxi and the white Mercedes taxi they drive like F1 and endanger other road users...so this is how they are being train here... And they call it taxi academy... The more taxi on the road will have more road user at risk.. Those with high blood pressure better don't take taxi.... No choice as there are no minus star.. So need to give one star... Singapore taxi academy... What a joke with such name.. Should just call taxi xxxx.

When I asked for her supervisor, she claimed that they work without supervision. And worst, she simply hung up the phone on me while I was still asking question.
H	Hamid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Public transportation here now way better via Bright Hill MRT Station. Walking distance is really near. Cars park within the compound, motorcycles no entry. Can park at the HDB car park right in front of the location. Food wise, eateries aplenty inside the compound. Halal food very limited though.
