★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once upon a time, Singtel provided great coverage and services. It appears all different since the pandemic, coverage/speed is down, response to emails is slow if any at all.
I hope that this changes again when people get back to work one day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TLDR: New online customer (ported from other Telco) received dead on arrival faulty SIM card with vague and confounding instructions provided.
Aside from all the hassles, an overall pleasant experience with SingTel; though the online after-sales services was quite disappointing.
Timelime:
10 June 2022 (Morning) - Received phone from parcel
11 June 2022 (Midnight) - Begun SIM Card Activation
11 June 2022 (Morning) - Contacted Customer Service
11 June 2022 (Night) - Service deactivated from previous telco
12 June 2022 (Morning) - No SIM network available still
12 June 2022 (Noon) - Gone down to one of the shops, and it got resolved after replacing my SIM card for free.
