★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far 90mins wait on a weekend for a quick request that can’t be done online/through app, etc. Pls increase number of STAFF on weekends (and if you can, avoid coming on weekends)… IRONIC enough, I finally got called into a booth for a video call with an amazing rep who sorted everything in 5mins. I wished I had been given the option to do that from home and/or schedule it!!! The staff are knowledgeable and courteous and the systems promising… sadly, the actual on the ground implementation, store management and customer experience are Horrible. Pls fix it

Like here because the centre is big and spacious to accommodate the crowd if any. Furthermore, their staff here is extremely well trained to provide good and valuable advices to suit one's needs. Thank you Singtel. Keep up your good work and services. Have been your customer from day one....and will continuebto support thus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very inefficient service. Had to stand in queue to be served. Cannot take any queue number and sit down to wait for my turn. Everyone has to queue in front of the counter manned by only one customer service staff. When the queue grew long, she was obviously stressed. Each person in queue required a considerable amount of time as the CS staff had to understand the issue and call other departments concerned. Very inefficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good experience. I just wanted to know why the port-out from Singtel has not happened even after one week of applying for my wife's no. I just wanted know the reason or all possible reasons if not for this particular no. The girl at the door didn't even allow me to enter saying my wife has to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently located near Somerset MRT and also has a robotic barista cafe to enjoy a sip during the wait. Very helpful staff and lots of counters so wait time is less compared to other singtel outlets I've visited. They also offered better deal for Fibre broadband that was exclusively available here and a handful of other outlets such as tampines, causeway etc.
