I went to Raffles Place and it was gone. told that it is now outside Wisma. when ask when will it b there until? no one can give me a definite answer. don't like the fact that it can be shifted suddenly without your knowledge n thus a wasted trip. even if u were to ask the CS manning the store. they themself aslo unsure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Epic fail. I went in to replace my phone because the screen had died. I told the operator that. After going through all the formalities, selecting a replacement, etc, the operator tells me that once I've paid, I will be texted the number of the box from which to collect my new phone. Which number? The number of my phone that I'm replacing. The one that's dead. "Do I have another phone I can use" - no, that's why I'm in the store to get a replacement. So the only way Singtel could communicate to me which box to collect my replacement was through my old, broken phone. Classic case of an ok idea, badly thought through and badly executed. Wasted 30 minutes of my day, should have just gone to a normal store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24 hours. It's convenient. But today my boyfriend and me went at midnight to replace a lost sim card but the system or network keep on error. 3 auto machines, tried around 10 times, can go through one time, the machine shown out of stock.
