★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would suggest that you check with the salesperson which lock will work on your gate or preferably request for them to do a site visit. Ordered in Shopee for my wooden door n gate…was told by the salesperson (Terry) that the door viewer lock works on hdb door end up the view is blocked by the gate which defeats the purpose of the door viewer. Battery needs to be recharged like every 1 1/2 weeks for wooden door which cannot even last a month. After writing this feedback, the new salesperson did a followup. Currently pending for rectification on the battery...will update again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy with the purchase. The sales person very patience to answer all my questions, even in the midnight. The two technicians gave a call before arriving with the equipment to install the gate and door lock. They were efficient and also cleaned up the dust and residue after installation. Clear demonstration and instructions were given on how to set up and use the digital locks.
