My Digital Lock (Macpherson)

They sent me the wrong metal gate for the door as they just wanted the sales now I am left without any metal for 1 or 2 days .when we order the lock and gate everything was promise to be good .now comes the mistake of the salesgirl

Spent almost 4K on a customised gate with 2 digital locks only to have the gate arrive that was too tall for installation. Luckily we(not their guys) were technically inclined to fix it on the spot when they claimed to be professionals. Be prepared to keep asking for updates as there’s low visibility on status. Typical company who takes money and provide lousy after sales service. The sales staff had the audacity to say how much the company has spent to renovate and set up this business. Perhaps the company can consider using the ‘hundreds of thousands’ as quoted to better train staff and hire better people. Take your money elsewhere. Sales: Leon was very patient with our enquiries and requests for changes here and there (laser cut gates too pretty to resist and too many designs to choose from!) Installation: door, gate and lock were installed by different people, door and gates - they was very meticulous about the job and cleaned up really well after installation (pity I didn’t manage to get their names). Gate- Sabu is very patient and friendly! Overall highly recommended!

Writing a review for our digital lock installer - Mathav. He spends quality time to ensure that the EPIC locks are properly installed onto the main wooden door (with lots of drilling and chiseling). Work started from 5pm and ended late into 8pm. Then he spends time to clearly explain how to use the digital locks , including setting up fingerprints etc Thumbs up for all his hard work and dedication ??
