HomEntry is a hidden gem for home-related systems! We had our main door, gate, electronic door & gate locks installed by HomEntry. When we first entered the store, Ronnie was very patient in introducing his products to us and gave us useful advices. Most important of all, he is not pushy and will not hard sell. He is also very honest, as in when he is not sure of something, he will tell you he is unsure but he will get back to us on a solution. We appreciate his assistance to us. Ronnie has excellent after-sales service. There is one time when we needed help on the electronic door lock system, Ronnie came to our rescue almost immediately. Most importantly, he knew his products and brands so it made it easier on us to decide what we wanted. He was very patient with our questions and took the time to explain everything to us. He is also super responsive through text. Installation went smoothly. We got a call ahead of time to let us know they were arriving. The guys were friendly, polite and really took care during the installation. They made sure none of the items were in any way damaged and everything was installed and working well.
