Been to the shop once to buy Baci a life jacket and was provided good assistance and advise.Today, I had problems with the online payment checkout and with the online chat, Eliza manage to get it sorted in a heart beat (confirmed my orders online, check address and arranged for payment through pay now). Price is good, service is great! Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! I had an urgent issue of finding the supplies for my 2 dogs so I contacted the customer service on whatsapp and Eliza helped me out.
She checked the stock in the store and replied promptly. She even helped to reserve the food in the store for me to pick up on the same day of purchase.
I would definitely recommend to anyone who requires pet supplies to come here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish to specifically commend Eliza Q from Customer Care Team, who was competent, helpful, friendly, and responsive. She assisted with what I was unable to locate and get help with at the physical store. She also saved me $10 in delivery fees with her “ Free (Wednesday) Delivery for orders above S$50” tip. I could’ve rated 3 stars taking into account my experience at the physical store but I shan’t let that tarnish Eliza’s outstanding service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally a pet shop that has quite a lot of brands under one roof. Quite spacious for pets to go around with Hoomans and this is definitely a plus point! Price was very competitive too! Located at Dempsey Hill therefore u can easily hop on to pet friendly restaurants nearby after the shopping ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a big store and has a wide variety of products for pets of different sizes: cats, small dogs, and large dogs. It's very fun. The staff is also very kind and helpful to pets.
The products in this store are a bit expensive, but if you become a member, you can buy them at a fair price. The annual membership fee is $8. If you are a frequent customer, please become a member.

And, my doggo Max LOVES to visit the store...I cannot count the number of times we've been in the area early in the morning before the store opens and he wants to head down the steps to the shop entrance.
