Disappointing experience with Singrow. For those reading this review, please refer to the screenshots of the email exchanged. I purchased the strawberry plant on 14 Dec. I did not receive an instruction booklet, hence I dropped them an email on how to care for the plant. Justin replied with just one sentence that it should be watered once regularly. Knowing that strawberry plants are even more fragile, that was why I asked whether need to be indoor or outdoor and whether need sunlight but he did not specify anything. Fast forward to 23 Dec, my plant has wilted and I had to throw it away. I spent $41 to support a local business who does not bother to give proper instructions and provide adequate customer service. I would advise everyone to purchase your plants elsewhere with nurseries who will provide proper care guide.
