★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stumbled across this farm during an Open House. Wanted to find out more about the way the vegetables were grown so spoke to the owners who turned out to be very friendly. Bought a bunch of Basil . Love the freshness and flavour. Will be back for more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been sceptical of non-soil-based veggies for really long because they tend to be too fibrous and tough, but Straits Agriculture singlehandedly changed my mind! In fact, the Asian leafy greens I’ve tried from them are surprisingly juicier, more tender and more flavourful than my usual supermarket go-tos. And they’re so fresh I could keep them for a week and they still stay good. They’re also changing my opinion about salads, which is a huge feat considering that I’ve been an avid salad-hater for most of my life.

The owners are super friendly and helpful in explaining what they have available for the week, and provide suggestions on how the vegetables can be used. Their produce is like no other. I haven’t bought my leafy vegetables from anyone else since getting from them. My kids find their vegetables sweet and have eaten more veggies as a result! Most importantly, they are passionate about growing chemical-free plants which are sustainable for our environment! Definitely will continue getting my Asian leafy, salad leaves and even herbs from them. Keep it going guys!
