โ โ โ โ โ Poor incompetent service. Waited a long time when the store is practically empty. Two staff standing around doing nothing. Two waiting customers gave up, two asked whatโs up. Asked one of the idle staff if he could help - he only sold some special SIM card, and not the one I wanted. Finally it was my turn, and was told I need to get a card first, then top up. So was sent back to the first guy who said he couldnโt help. Total waste of time.

โ โ โ โ โ I was one of the first 5 customers of the day. There were 3 men and 1 lady who serve. Took more than one hour waiting and nobody comes to ask what do I need. Just a simple prepaid sim card!!! Finally have to leave without any help. Such a terrible place; horrific service. You guys are completely trash.

โ โ โ โ โ Somehow they have managed to make a mess of what looks like a good queuing system. Waited at meeting point 3 as instructed for 40mins but they just served whoever ran over to them. I asked when I would be served and they said Iโd missed my slot!! Now switching to Circles

โ โ โ โ โ This Guy Wasting my time 30-45 minute. I ask him about my prepaid card, he say you must take queue in number and wait for asking. After waiting 30-45 minute the other staff call my number, and they said prepaid can't process in here.. so wasting my time.. more training your staff. Shame on you

-Broadband services
-TV services
Cannot do:
- Ownership transfer
Weekdays: Low crowd.
Weekends: Crowd quite high (around 30 minutes wait)

โ โ โ โ โ Singtel plans donโt include any credit towards hotline or 1800 numbers (including Singtelโs own hotline). Make sure you enquire about this before you sign up because there are multiple plans that donโt say anything useful in the fine print.

โ โ โ โ โ CHECK YOUR BILLS. SINGTEL charges hidden fees all over. I spent hours over the phone to get these "add-ons" that I never asked for. Waste of time. I'm taking my money to Starhub. Unacceptable for a large business. Unacceptable.
