I	I-Noodle Produce Pte Ltd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor signage and staff looks passive. Collecting free stuff for renewing contract with Singtel. Was misled to Singtel at Orchard. i went firstly to Killiney Road and then redirect to Orchard Central. Too much time wastage and parking charges incurred. ?
J	Jason Lockwood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service, insist on so many things to cancel a service and try to charge multiple cancellation fees. No wonder all their services will be obsolete soon. Never buy or sign up to any product from Singtel.
K	KK Tham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The operation is inefficient and not customer friendly. You have to queue to get a queue number. Then queue numbers were called in random with no visible system. The staff members were indifferent to customers probably due to the constant long queue.
c	chephren chua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went before 12noon already got queue. But the slowness is due to those in front chatting and asking too much question, or complaining about singtel which is not their employer, thus holding up those behind. Got my item within 30 min, dont go if you are in a rush.

Then he check n tried to tally my IC number with the invoice via the computer system, checked it so long n finally asked his colleague next counter to come. I sensed something not right and told him that I was collecting on behalf of someone. Then he nodded. Finally he brought up the double wifi mesh n handed it to me. Didn't apologise or said anything, l check it correctly n went out.
K	Kairul Azeri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad experience here, you guys open at 12 pm I was there at 1145. They opened at 1203 with only one staff. There's 9 people in the line infront of me. Once reach to the ticking counter they asked me what help I need. I told them I need to return the box which I want to terminate. So they passed me the number. Waited for the number for 30 to 40 min my number was called. Once I reached to the counter they asked me to go to singtel to return not here. I'm like why you did tell me in the first place when you pass me the number. I've wasted my time queuing and waited for my number.
