★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Get my fuel pump at Sinopec yishun, came across rude counter guy. A malay guy in his late 40s. I accidentally gave a wrong pump number as there’s a same car beside my car, then he rudely shouted at me to see my car before giving the pump number. As nice as i can be, i tried to joke with him by saying I can’t see clearly as it’s raining and the car is the same model n colour(with a smile). That’s when the shouting begins. I’m not usually rude to an elderly, but this guy is too much. Thinking he can shout at people anyhow.
The other counter lady named Khavita did apologise to me for his behaviour.
Didn’t get his name as he wear a nametag WITHOUT A NAME on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I entered the car wash, was asked to wind down and was asked if I wanted to do package, I said I wanted a normal wash and was told today no normal wash. After awhile his colleague just started spraying water and only sprayed 1 side and started using soap. Never coming back to this car wash

The staff name Kavitha, served 2 other customers first making me wait.. when I called for my pump number 6 which was ready quite some time, she still ignored me. And your staff name Mr. Lisa was very rude to me doing my transaction, When my visa card was declined, he was so rude and made me embarrassed shouting at me your card is declined. As a staff in cashier counter they should know to be polite to customers and not being rude... Care to explain? Made me very embarrassed and made a fool to wait so long when my pump was ready even when I told the cashier........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My all-time favourite petrol station! At least know about 9 staff who are currently working here. Very friendly petrol attendants and friendly counter staffs.
For Private Hirer Vehicle - PHV, special discounts are given. So nice for the Petrol company to recognise PHV drivers and giving them discounts compared to other petroleum companies in Singapore.
Been to both Yishun & Woodlands (New) outlets.
Ultimate 10/10 for this Sinopec Yishun & Woodlands Outlets! Keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today 01/05 Sunday 06.30a.m just pump petrol @ Sinopec Yishun . Purchased a piece of car cleaning cloth , when doing payment counter told is $3.50. Price shown on shelf was $2.95, i told the staff they should have updated if is price increase. Surprise to get responded by a Malay guy with curl hair look like aunt say is not his problem. Say is the company problem and give excuses got not time to change. Freaking angry ? getting this kind of respond. What kind of service is this or maybe he look down on driver getting discount. Management of this branch please look into your problematic staff with rude respond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Planning to do a simple car wash there. Reached at 1955hrs but was rejected… the car wash staff say it’s closed and told me they only operate till 2030 on PH. Operating hours clearly shows weekdays till 2030hrs. Very bad experience
