This is a must-try for all siobak fans! I was worried that the skin would be soggy cos of delivery but it arrive still crispy and was totally delicious! Must also try their homemade chilli! Highly recommended!

the founder of @sioshiok started during Covid for pure survival after losing her income. Started as a homebased business, they have grown into a physical store. Joined by her sister, together, they offer dishes like Siobak (Roast Pork), beef stew served with cheesy garlic bread. They offer delivery at a minimal 12$ for islandwide preorders. Dine in is limited seating as they tie up with the bar/cafe Pastime besides them, whereby customers can order beverages from them.

cute little eatery tucked in a geylang mall. food was amazing and the contrast of the crispy pork and the juicy meat blew me away. Their Mala siobak is pretty cool. Can taste the spices without the spicy kick. They reserved the spiciness for their chili.

Had the beef stew here in a little cozy kitchen named Sioshiok. The meat was soft and tender with a rich taste. Price was good with excellent service. Will return and try the roast pork next time.

Visited Sioshiok, managed by two sisters, on their opening day. The experience was amazing. Crispy pork like no other, heartwarming stew with out of this world cheesy garlic bread! Definitely worth a visit, oh apparently they do deliveries too. Definitely be back to try their Mala Pork, Ratatouille, and Korean Pork.

The meat and fats was evenly distributed in each cut. Good marination not porky and kept the tender and juiciness of the meat. The original is good and crispy but if has a bit of fluffy texture I think will be even better. The mala taste very mild and could be the rub on the skin and to prevent it from burning some part of the skin was abit chewy. I am still quiet happy with the roast next round will try the rest of their menu at their shop.

Their roast pork has a crispy skin, tender meat and juicy fats, the best combination ❤. Now they have mala flavour too, the mala is on a lighter side, so anyone can enjoy it. ⠀ ???-?? (?????) ??? ??? ????? Their k-pork is another MUST TRY, the fats literally melts in my mouth! It is marinated with garlic and sioshioksg special sauce, tasted similar to korean bbq pork with a balance of savoury & slight sweetness. The pulled pork is well seasoned with herbs and fruit juices. They taste awesome with hot steaming rice.⠀ ⠀ Wrap it up with steam pau, a spread of oven roasted garlic, sweeten up with candied carrots, enhance the crunch with some fresh lettuce & red pepper, and lastly drizzle their signature mum's chilli for a spicy kick. All the yummy flavours in just one pau wrap ☺.⠀ ⠀ Beef stew has a "restaurant-standard" with the carrot and potato firm & crunchy. The beef is tender and the stew has the right thickness, really good to go with rice! You can dip in with their homemade cheesy garlic butter bread too, they put lots of garlic on it! ?????-???????? (Ratatouille)⠀ This vegetarian baked vegetable dish is ? effort!! Sliced assorted seasonal vegetables are sliced thinly and baked together with sioshioksg specially homemade sauce. ⠀ ⠀ It has a comfortable tangy taste with the flavours of different herbs and each bite of different vegetable is just so appetizing.⠀
