The SIRVA agent I am dealing with replies to her convenience and since they took over the lease on behalf of their client, they have been tardy in facilitating due rental payments.

Sirva assisted with my recent relocation from Hong Kong to Singapore. My relocation consultant was very helpful and kept us posted on the requirements due to the pandemic including visa issues. Although there were some delays due to the restrictions, we were reassured that the whole process was well taken care of. I would strongly recommend anyone relocating during this time to engage Sirva and the movers from their subsidiary at Allied.

Where to begin. Cmplete lack of communication, disinformation about shipping, and misrepresentation. The team managing our shipmenent used Australian numbers and address, giving the operation an air of legitimacy from being said to be based in Australia, and subject to Australian laws and regulations. Turns out they are offshored with no oversight from the Allied/SIRVA office they created an impression they were working from. Meanwhile our shipment is MIA and literally noone will give us any meaningful information or help get the shipment on the way. I am stunned that an international business would engage in such practices.

Not fit for purpose in my opinion. During my relocation from London to Singapore my entire set of Nikon cameras and lenses have been stolen and nobody could figure out when and how (it did happen in the UK as the container arrived sealed directly to my place in Singapore). The insurance had to pay. The London office has been unresponsive and delegated completely the responsibility to the office in Singapore, which was actually much better. The entire process has been painful and unprofessional. A part from the stolen items, few boxes have not been delivered and we found out only later that they have been shipped separately. They arrived 1 month after the first batch. Part of the furniture were split between the first and the second batch so could not been used until all the parts arrived. The people sent to do the packaging (Edward Miles Removal) were totally inadequate, most of the items were packed badly and few items got broken. The insurance had to pay for it as well. Lack of ownership and communication from the London office, totally disappointed. I would not recommend Sirva UK to anyone for any reason, totally unprofessional.
