Worst experience i ever had with the mover company. Initially before engaging their service. They was so nice, keep calling, updating, confirming the date of moving. explain what service they providing. After Engaging their service. THE NIGHTMARE COME TO ME. a week before moving they promised that the carton will deliver to my place at 11am. so that i can have plenty of time to pack the stuff. i wait until 11am, not even a call from them. then i call them. the so called mr koh said: oh, its raining all work delay. will deliver at 3pm. after 3pm, no news again! i called them at 4pm. they informed me will deliver at 8pm. after 8pm again! no one contacted me. finally the carton deliver at about 850pm. despite multiple chaser and phone call. on the moving day itself. the so called mr koh drop me a text early in the morning. asked me to change the move in timing. as he had another customer at 11am instead! hello ! i confirmed your service at least 40 days before the move in date and time. at a very last minute. he asked me to changed as he had another customer. i was like. wat the hell. after move in. so far so good. i contacted them to collect the carton on the move in date itself after unpacking. nobody answer my call and sms. the next day sent a reminder to them. the so called mr koh again! ask me to left the carton at the corridor or outside the door. please la! please consider wisely if you choose this mover company. if you do not wish to have a worst experience.

Mr. Koh is real experienced in moving. I have a 370kg safe which needs to be moved from condo to office. He took great care on everything while moving the heavy safe (including but not limited to the floor tiles, the skirting board, the common corridor tiles). Even amazing is that he and his team slot the heavy safe into the close-fitting built-in cabinet effortlessly. We want to thank him for his professionalism and his cooperation for our delay in time.
